Raising children to be competent eaters and nourishing themselves with body confidence is a gift any parent can give to their child. But in a world that is so intent on creating food rules parents can unintentionally send the wrong message when it comes to healthy eating. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Yaffi Lvova, shares with us how parents can help guide their children into having a healthy relationship with food while helping them feel empowered by their food choices and live a healthy life.
Yaffi Lvova is an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and
a proud mom of twins plus one. She created Toddler Test Kitchen as
a way to introduce children to unfamiliar foods in a safe way—a way
that builds confidence and self-reliance, while spending quality
time with parents. As the owner of Baby Bloom Nutrition, she works
with pregnant women and new parents to increase their nutritional
confidence and help smooth the transition into parenthood. Yaffi's

parenthood obstacles which you can catch every Tuesday on her
